A TURTLE NEST JUST HATCHED IN FRONT OF OUR BEACH HOUSE IN CATEEL, DAVAO ORIENTAL!

I had just got back from a long beach walk and was relaxing at the house... when suddenly a whole nest of turtles appeared in front of our house! Literally, Jandee Mike and I were talking... I went to get a bandage from my shoulder, and next thing you know, Jandee has a dead baby turtle due to dogs digging up the nest.

This is another raw video from our lives here along the coast of Davao. I am still beyond surprised about having a turtle nest in front of our house! Hopefully we can get more and more educated about this, and talk more with BFAR and the DENR.

WHAT A BIG SURPRISE!

Hopefully, some of these turtles beat the odds and grow old here in the ocean! :)
