HOW ABOUT COOKING SOME TRADITIONAL WINE IN THE PHILIPPINES!?

That was the experience I had with my Mansaka friends in Maragusan, and it was so wonderful!! This unique wine called "BYAIS" is made using a root crop the locals call "Pala". In this video, we cook it! Except we only get to see a few steps, as this traditional recipe is very local, and there are many unique secrets to forming the right mix and taste!
