Nothing like a little healthy living! On this day in our lives we head off by foot and bike and explore the beach coastline in Cateel. This town on the coast of Mindanao is really a beautiful environment for outdoor exercise! Life in the Philippines is a lot better when we look after our health and fit in a little exercise! I really love running here along the coast...
