AMIHAN brings along extreme weather like the crazy wind and rain that we experienced over the weekend! But this Mindanao surf town can survive that and more, with the resilience of the local community in Marihatag shining through during their recent surfing competition!

Marihatag in Surigao del Sur hosts a local surfing competition every year (except 2020!) and it was a spectacle! But I had to battle the weather at every turn. But we managed it!
