THE TRICYCLE. An icon of Philippine transport, especially for short-distance trips. And in Tagum City, I met Craig from Wales who was driving one around town.

Yes, there's two people from Wales in Mindanao.

And I tried to drive it myself - which was, well, interesting. Let's just say I have a new found respect for tricycle drivers!

After this, I tried to make it to Mati for Five Thirsty, and then spent a few days there with Kulas and the boys in the regular spots and the little explored spots too!
