At 5:00 am on November 1, 2020, Super Typhoon Rolly/Goni made landfall in Bato, Catanduanes, with catastrophic winds and intense to torrential rainfall.

This brief video montage shows some of the devastation caused to structures and to local residents and to their otherwise idyllic seasiside community.
